Acorn wins bid to develop Trilogy’s plans for rapid growth

Acorn was chosen for the project from a direct referral from electronics giant, RS Components
Leading supplier of audio communications and infrastructure equipment Trilogy Communications has appointed Acorn to help develop their senior management team (SMT) as part of the company’s aggressive plans to grow the business and drive key products into new market sectors.
Acorn was chosen for the project from a direct referral from electronics giant, RS Components where a similar successful project was rolled out last year.
Trilogy wants a more commercially focussed culture throughout the organisation in order to prepare for planned growth. Acorn’s recommendations include a comprehensive programme of SMT coaching, followed by team and leadership skills development.
The project kicks off with a detailed audit of staff and stakeholders to build a picture of the team and how it operates. From here, Acorn will play back key findings and work with the Trilogy SMT to fine tune the exact content of the programme.
Colin Dulson, director of Acorn commented: “Trilogy is a great example of a forward thinking organisation who knows exactly what they want to achieve and have taken the bold step in getting their people prepared and trained to meet future objectives. This approach will certainly succeed.”
