Skanska renews graduate programme with A2B
Skanska has just announced that it has renewed its successful graduate development programme with A2B for a further 3 years.
Skanska Integrated Projects is a subsidiary of the Skanska Construction Group and is responsible for all of Skanska’s PFI and PPP activity in the UK building sector. Success in this rapidly growing area of work places a serious demand on the ability to build and sustain solid, long lasting relationships with Skanska’s many business partners.
The company recognised a need to invest more in graduate development to ensure new talent joining the firm were able to reach their full potential and develop working styles and behaviours to sustain its ambitious expansion plans.
