Hadwins is the best known chain of Audi and VW dealerships in the Northwest. Their selling style needs to be in line with the high quality brands they represent which means adopting a more ‘observing, listening and relaxed’ approach with customers. We were able to help their sales team understand their individual selling style and overcome the barriers that were preventing them reach their full potential.

We carried out an initial 1:1 coaching programme with the company’s key sales people which resulted in the annual sales targets being exceeded by 31%.Following on from this success, we have been invited to tackle some of the company’s broader issues and will be working with the senior management team including the board of directors.
